From time to time I see man vs. food on the food channel & it makes me so sick! This guy looks more and more inflamed and unhealthy after each episode. I just don’t get it!

On a happier note…it makes my heart and liver sing to know that you have a juicing buddy in Davis!! :)
I am going to play around with my juicer tomorrow & juice some of the collards & beets from the garden; fun!

I miss you so & I’m looking forward to seeing you this week!!
