when i read your post, i thought of the words truth and inspiration. those are my words i'm working on this year. do they not go hand in hand yet can stand alone during compassion or angst. and where is the beginning? really? it all ripples into each other, the emotions and sensations. i visualize a small lake with water spiders creating ripples as they walk across, each ripple intertwining. peaceful perhaps, yet so active; so alive.
authenticity is much alive; igniting so much emotion at times, yet comforting ... is it tricky stuff or just so real ...
thank you for your post sweet thang.

the Trail Putty sounds really interesting. I like the idea of sweetening with Agave nectar. I might have to try that on our next trip.

I agree with Carrie about spreading the word around gardening - its so important that we all do this together if we want to make it work for everybody. Think of it: one of your neighbors grows zucchini, the other carrots, etc. If we all share there is plenty for all and nobody is eating zucchini for dinner every night!

Hi Rebecca,
I am glad I found you... I feel GREAT when I am able to go a while without sugar and carbs. I KNOW this is problem for me and it drives me crazy! Afternoons are the worst time. I love tea and we grow organic veg in our garden, but I LOVE Nestle Crunch on a stressful afternoon! Oh no!

Thanks Rebecca... and I also have a cat muse... her name is Betty!

Cheers
