We all need a little help sometimes, especially when it comes to making lasting changes in our relationship with food.

The Off White Coaching Philosophy:

  • It’s about your relationship with food: what does it mean to you?  What role is it playing in your life?
  • When you balance the diet, you balance the body and you balance the mind.
  • Progress not perfection.  It took you how many years to have the behaviors you currently have?  So, it’s gonna take some time to create  new way of being.
  • The Positive Principle: ditch the drama and look for what is working in your life (and your diet) to build on those behaviors and attitudes
  • All you have to change is already inside of you.  Like the rest of us, you just need a little guidance to uncover your best self.

What coaching is not:

  • A diet and calories program.  If you like to count calories, you may, but it’s not my approach
  • A guided meal plan:  research shows that when I do it for you, it’s not gonna last.   When you discover it for yourself, it lasts!  Naturally, I can help!
  • Quick fixes: I can’t promise X amount of weight loss or miracle cures. As the client, the success you experience depends upon your willingness to work at change and an open mindedness about how long the body takes to shed weight
  • A “more, harder, better” approach: I won’t yell at you our tell you that you are bad if you ate cookies.  I’m not going to tell you to ‘drop and give me 20′ if you didn’t exercise last week.    This is not about pounding it, but about drawing out what is inside you.

What you get:

  • A comprehensive nutrition and wellness assessment prior to beginning our sessions.  This helps you and I better understand where you are, your history, and where you want to go
  • 6 weekly sessions (via phone or skpe) with me for 45-60 minutes where we are dedicated to your process of change
  • A sounding board that is supportive, non-judgmental that will guide you to self-discovery through poignant questions, reflections and suggestions
  • Unlimited brief email/phone chats in between sessions for questions and support
  • Recipes, resources, educational information that I can send you outside of the coaching sessions (coaching is saved for the content work)
  • Weekly goals, co-created during the coaching sessions, to give you a roadmap to behavior and mindset change.
